I have tried generic Viagra 100mg and generic Cialis 10mg so far, but without desired effect.

As you have already tried Viagra and Cialis w/o much success it means that your body is unreceptive to PDE5 inhibitors, such as Sildenafil Citrate and Tadalafil.

You can give a try to generic Levitra (Vardenafil) or to some natural ED remedies.

And you should also consult your urologist in order to determine the cause of your ED and to select the appropriate treatment.
