Hello. I am Robert, 24.
I am handsome and attractive guy, as all women I know say.
I have been dating my girlfriend for 2 years and about 6 months ago I started experiencing troubles with erection.
Sometimes the erection as weaker than before.
And moreover, sometimes I can’t last long and ejaculate to early.
In 3-5 minutes after penetration. If so – my girls is not happy and unsatisfied.
It makes me depressed and puts strain on our relationship.
Please, advise. What can I do to fix my impotence and premature ejaculation?

Usually the sex is “between our ears” and most of sexual related problems are there too. If you are worried about not being strong and long – you start being weak and have troubles with lasting long.

Hello, my name is Jim, I am 43 years old male.
I have been suffering from ED for the past year.
Recently I tried generic Viagra 1mg pill.
Unfortunately the effect was too far from what I expected.
I also noticed that if I dissolve Viagra pill in a cup of water before drinking it – the erection is much better when I just swallow the pill and then drink water after it.
What does it mean?
Should I always dissolve Viagra in the water?
Can I try to increase the dose from 1mg to 15mg?
Sildenafil Citrate 1mg give almost nothing to me – I hope that increasing the dosage can help. Or may be I should try other ED pills? Cialis or Levitra, e. g. What would you recommend?
If I take Viagra ore any other ED pill for a couple of months or even longer – will it cure my impotence? Is there any chance I will be able to have sex without need of taking Viagra every time I want erection?

Hello, Jim. Thanks for asking your question.
To be honest, I can’t explain why Viagra pill dissolved in water works much better for you. For maximum effect Viagra is recommended to be taken apart from meal, especially from high fat meal. May be that factor made the difference, not water.
I don’t recommend you trying to increase the dosage. Viagra 1mg is the maximum allowed dosage and increasing it can harm you.
Regarding taking Viagra on a constant basis. This not only seems to be very expensive, but it’s not proven to be more effective. You should NOT take Viagra as a recreational drug, it can only be taken when needed – a few hours prior to sexual encounter.
And yes – you can try taking generic Cialis or generic Viagra in order to fix impotence, but don’t forget to consult your doctor before you buy it. And have in mind all possible side effects and interactions.

Hello. I am Bob, 45.
I suffer from high blood pressure.
For managing it I take bendrofluazide 2.5mg and Coversyl 8mg every day.
As a result of using these meds I suffer from erectile dysfunction (many drugs for HBP are known to have side effect of causing impotence).
What if I try generic Cialis to stronger my erections and to fix impotence?
Is is OK for usage along with my HBP medications?

Hello, Bob. Your ED problem is likely to be caused by bendrofluazide as this drug is known to have corresponding side effects. On the other hand Coversyl isn’t known to cause impotence.
First thing you should do is to consult your doctor. Tell him about your problem and ask him to switch you from bendrofluazide to another drug that is unlikely to cause ED.
Now regarding Cialis. Yes, this so-called “weekend pill” it can really help you. You should know that it can have dangerous interactions with other meds. In your case there is only one slight problem. You take blood pressure lowering drugs and Cialis has the same effect too. As a result of highly lowered BP you can feel faint.
You can consult your doctor in order to find out more about generic Cialis.

Hello. I am Jim, 45.
I have Multiply Sclerosis, and as many men with MS I have male impotence as well.
Still I have nocturnal erections – I wake up with a very firm penis.
But it disappears quickly and during the day I can’t achieve an erection again.
I tried Viagra, Cialis and Levitra.
Viagra helps, but not the way I want it to. Cialis and Levitra don’t work for me at all.
So the question is – why I have an erection when I sleep and can’t have it while awake?

Hello, Jim. You are right – Multiply Sclerosis affects nerves and men with MS are usually experiencing ED too. The nature of nocturnal erections is not completely clear to medics. There is a theory that during sleep our brain sends certain signals to nerves and some of them cause erection. Other theory states that during sleep men can experience sexual arising dreams which in turn causes an erection. Third theory involves our bladder and states that during night it gets full and causes pressure to prostate. Under-pressure prostate causes stimulation to certain nerves and causes an erection.
The mechanism of the erection is the following:
Brain sends signals to certain nerves in penile area, causing certain chemicals to be released. These chemicals in turn make muscles in penile area relax, which in turn allows blood to flow the penis and cause an erection. The erection disappears when other chemicals called PDE5 are released. They cause penis muscles to constrict again and blood leaves the penis. Viagra and other impotence pills called PDE5 inhibitors work by blocking second type of chemicals.
There are many other ways how to fix impotence. You can try some classical treatments or natural ED remedies. And don’t forget to consult your physician!

Hi, Victor. Thank you for the question.
As you have already tried Viagra and Cialis w/o much success it means that your body is unreceptive to PDE5 inhibitors, such as Sildenafil Citrate and Tadalafil.
You can give a try to generic Levitra (Vardenafil) or to some natural ED remedies.
And you should also consult your urologist in order to determine the cause of your ED and to select the appropriate treatment.
He can recommend you vacuum pumps, penile injections or MUSE. Read more here.

My fiance is a wonderful woman, we love each other.
The only thing that spoils our relationship is my erection problems.

In the majority of cases it’s caused by physical (not psychological) issues.
They include:
- Heart problems
- Parkinson’s disease
- Atherosclerosis
- HBP
- Diabetes
- Metabolic syndrome
- Heavy smoking and alcohol abuse
- Multiple sclerosis
- Low testosterone level
- Obesity
- Peyronie’s disease
- Certain types of medications
- Trauma or surgeries
- Fatigue
Mental causes include:
- Depression, stress and anxiety
- Relationship problems
Usually at your age developing ED is a normal condition. Anyway I would recommend you to consult your physician for evaluation.
He might prescribe you some anti-impotence medications, such as generic Viagra 5mg or generic Cialis 2mg.

Hello. I have experienced troubles with erection (male impotence) for about 7 years since I was diagnosed with paraphimosis.
I have tried almost all major impotence pills, including generic Viagra, Cialis and Levitra – but nothing have helped me – I still can’t achieve or maintain an erection.
Recently I was diagnosed with Diabetes – my doctor said that I had experienced it without knowing.
It caused damage to my eyes and I had to have larger surgery to prevent further development of vision problems.
As tests show now I have my Diabetes under control – I take certain medications for it and for HBP as well.
Can paraphimosis be the cause of my impotence and what should I do.

Hello. To my knowledge paraphimosis may or may not cause erectile dysfunction in men, but since you have diabetes – this is likely the main cause of impotence. Since you had to have larger surgery it means your body was affected by Diabetes and probably not only eyes – your penile area was probably affected to. As your system does not respond to PDE5 inhibitors such as Viagra, Cialis and Levitra you can give a try to some natural ED remedies or consider penile implants or MUSE as well.

Hello. I am 55, male.
I have been having problems with my erection during the past few years, but this only happens if I’m to anxious or excited.
I have no serious health problems and never used any serious medications.
Yesterday in the morning I took Cialis 1mg pill and tried to have sex in the evening, but I was unable to achieve an erection.
I also hadn’t side effects of Cialis as I expected to.
Could it mean that Cialis (Tadalafil 1mg) was not enough dose for me? Can I try to increase it to 2mg on my own?

Hello. Thanks for your question. Cialis (Tadalafil) is one of the drugs used for male impotence treatment. It’s usual prescribed dose is 1 to 2mg.
Since you haven’t had any effect with Cialis 1mg you can try increasing dosage to 2mg on your own.
